Using Sales Account

You must have defined a sales rep, sales categories and the respective general ledger accounts in order to use Sales Account.

When assigning sales accounts to a new sales rep, the system will default to the accounts specified in Account setup, and then the account list can be modified.

Sales accounts may be used in two ways: using a Quick Maintenance screen to change accounts across a list of all sales reps and categories, or by a specific sales rep.
